SUMATRA (INDONESIA) - Full body, medium acidity, earthy, with hints of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and a long lingering finish, from Sumatra.
TOLIMA (COLOMBIA) - Round body and medium acidity, with hints of dark chocolate and mango, from the Tolima region.
CHANCHAMAYO (PERU) - Medium body and medium acidity, with hints of milk chocolate, almond, and lemon, from northcentral Peru.
MAYA ROYAL (DECAF)- This organic decaf (Mountain Water Process) from Honduras has hints of milk chocolate, lemon and caramel. It has average acidity, high body, and above average sweetness.
